These eight EBL skills, which can be easily acquired by every pirate or their parrot regardless of ability, have been proven to lead to the highest level of learning because they combine the most effective thinking skills with the most productive learning skills.

At the end of every lesson, there is a five-minute evidence-based CPD activity for teachers which we found abandoned on a desert island long after the pirates had left.
