We initiated a Zoom call with the three little pigs and the wolf. We thought it best not to have them in the same room under the circumstances. We all identified the same eight evidence-based learning skills that have been proven by research to maximise learning. The wolf was disappointed that ‘huffin’ and ‘puffin’ wasn’t one of the eight skills.
These eight EBL skills, which can be easily acquired by every little pig or wolf regardless of ability, have been proven to lead to the highest level of learning because they combine the most effective thinking skills with the most productive learning skills.
At the end of every lesson, there is a five-minute evidence-based CPD activity for teachers written by the first little pig who had the most time on his hands because he had quickly built his house out of straw.
